Roundtable Discussion by Students Who Visited China
May 2010

In April 2010, 55 community members -- 14 students and 41 adults -- took a community trip to China. The next month, the students participated in a roundtable discussion open to the public where they shared their experiences and impressions.

	School Superintendent Paul K. Smith, who was instrumental in establishing Bolton's relationship with China and in arranging the community trip, was the moderator for the roundtable.
	Mr. Bing Liu from the Metropolitan Learning Center Magnet School for Global and International Studies in Bloomfield, told the audience about a student exchange program for which Bolton qualifies.
