"Walk
and Talk" at the Rose Farm
June 2006
Partnering with the Bolton Land
Trust, the BCEF sponsored a free lecture, walk, and book signing by
UConn professor Dr. Robert Thorson on Saturday, June 10, 2006. Dr.
Thorson, the author of several books on stone walls and a Hartford
Courant columnist, led a "walk and talk" about the historic
stone walls on the Rose Farm.

Congregational meetinghouse on the history of stone walls in
Connecticut. |
